🤖 AI Engineers
We’re looking for experienced and emerging AI Engineers to build core infrastructure for our AI job automation platform - AMA Career.
You’ll work on:
Build and scale LLM-based features that power resume feedback, interview Q&A, referral messaging, and career strategy planning
Design and implement agent-style workflows that simulate recruiter, coach, hiring manager, and peer reviewer behavior
Optimize retrieval + generation pipelines for accuracy, speed, and personalized response quality
Prototype and iterate on graph-enhanced memory (user history, job context, recruiter relationships)
Fine-tune open-source or proprietary LLMs on AMA-specific job, resume, and hiring data
Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to track response quality, hallucination rate, and UX outcomes
Work closely with backend, product, and design to ship production-ready features
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 1–3 years experience building LLM/GenAI applications in production
Are fluent in Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks Transformers, Weaviate, Pinecone
Understand the trade-offs between prompt tuning, embedding search, fine-tuning, and structured knowledge grounding
Care deeply about user experience, not just model performance, you measure success by “does this help a job seeker get unblocked?”
Are excited by the challenge of simulating human conversations across recruiter, coach, and candidate perspectives
Can balance iteration speed with reliability, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity

We’re hiring AI product manager to power AMA Career’s intelligence layer.
You’ll work on:
Driving agent behavior across user journeys
Owning evaluation pipelines
Partnering with engineering on fast iteration and experimentation
Helping us turn early traction into sustained product-market fi

You have a technical background (CS or equivalent)
You’ve worked on (or are deeply curious about) AI/ML products
You think from first principles and thrive in ambiguity
You’re comfortable owning evals and understanding model performance
You’re based in (or open to relocating to) the Bay Area
